Each piece is unique. Its handcrafted production requires several days of work. Any variations in color or shape are due to the material or its production.
To prolong the quality of our creations, we recommend protecting them from rain, avoiding prolonged exposure to the sun, and protecting the leather parts by applying a waterproofing agent.
When not in use, stuff your hat with newspaper balls to help it keep its original shape, and protect it from sunlight and dust by storing it in a cotton bag. It is also important to store your hat properly. A slightly humid place is ideal. Place it upside down, making sure that the brim does not touch any surfaces.
Avoid folding your hat, as this may cause it to lose its shape. However, when traveling with your hat, you can roll it up, but for a short period of time. It is strongly advised not to leave the hat rolled up during the winter months.
In case of stains: Clean your hat with a clean, soft, damp cloth and leave it to dry in the air, away from direct sunlight.
For leather parts, you can use a special leather stain remover, testing it first on a hidden area. For grease stains, you can apply Sommières clay.
If your hat has unfortunately been worn in the rain, we recommend turning the protective band inside out.
